Beware, meditation is spiritual. When we turn to spiritual things other than our creator, Jesus, we are opening a door to darkness.

Don’t you think such positive effects and beautiful responses to a very technical exercise such as meditation which affects the body and states of mind and proven via a myriad of studies regarding this subject (can be found with typing in mindfulness scientific research) is what religion calls Jesus, Buddha, God or whatever the person believes in or labels as the one creator? Don’t you think each religion is teaching peace, presence, calmness, tranquility, oneness, divine love? Peace of mind and life, listen to the reviews, they are beautiful, smiles, observe oneself and notice your breath. You are safe and mindfulness is a wonderful way of loving yourself to take some time to notice your presence and relax your body :)

@@onenessornoneness9692 hello, thank you for sharing your thoughts. Have you ever experienced the joy and peace and love from a real relationship with Jesus? There's nothing like it. Meditation may feel good and have positive benefits but it cannot replace this relationship. Have you heard there is one big thing that makes Jesus different from all other religions? Holy Father God himself saw that every human does evil yet he loved us and wanted to be with us. And so he sent his son Jesus Christ to come and die in our place. Jesus paid the price for you and me and took that penalty of our evil doings (sin) on himself. In this way, when we believe in what Jesus did for us and trust in him as our Lord and Savior then God sees that our sin debt has been paid once and for all. We are no longer separate from God but are one of his own. Not because of anything we have done but only because Jesus died for us. And he wants a true and living relationship with you and me and each one of us. If you want to know if what I say is true, you can read it in the Bible in one of the 4 gospels: Mathew, Mark, Luke, and John. Ask God to confirm to you who Jesus is. I believe he will do it! 😊 God bless you. Thank you for reading

Meditation is something everyone should practice. It doesn't matter what your gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, and age you are. Meditation is something everylne should practice. Start with guided meditation and advance to more complex forms. Try mantras, breathing techniques, singing bowls, and self-love. Delve into Yoga, attempt Tai Chi, and go on walks. Then try adding mindfulness into everyday activities like brushing your teeth or putting butter onto toast or maybe even eating food slower and focusing on the flavours. Try harmonic chanting with singing bowls, shruti boxes, harmoniums, or a combination of all of them. Make meditation your own, try ones you might like, and stick with what you feel is right. You could even try opening the chakras or maybe using affirmations and essential oils. Do what makes you calm and happy. May your life be filled with joy and peace.

I feel strongly Wim Hof breathe method should be taught in schools instead of detention hour or the spare room the children are sent when they get kicked out of class. Training to regulate breath and mood levels in a free and natural way is a gift that schools have never ever done. In stead of punishing a kid who may be in an emotional crisis or it may feel that way to them, give them a space to meditate on their actions and use that hour instead of giving them useless boring work making them feel trapped, teach them in that detention hour how they can regulate their emotions and depression with WHM.

What a wonderful class for students and teachers. I am so excited that Peace in Schools is able to establish itself in our public schools. And one of the beautiful assets to the program is that it carries over to other students by students watching students use the methods. This apples to staff also. Now students and staff have a proven method to approach living. The fertil seed has been planted. Richard Ballentine Atlanta

01:03 -- her eyes say it all! :D The best thing you can do for teenagers to help them deal with stress is to undo all schools that cause them having stress in the first place. You can't fix what's obsolete, broken and wrong. 20th century education system was a huge mistake and should be dissolved.
